This Privacy Policy describes how SE Independent Delivery Services, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “SEIDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects and uses the information collected through this web site (the “Site”).




This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of our Terms of Use/Dispute Resolution/Arbitration Agreement.


A. Changes to Privacy Policy


We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Material changes will be conspicuously posted on the Site. By accessing or using the Site after changes are posted, you agree to those changes.

SEIDS and its suppliers or clients may collect the types of information described below in connection with your access to and use of the Site, including your purchase of products through the Site (together, “Collected Information”).


Personally Identifiable Information. We may collect certain personally identifiable information from or about you, including your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number. We will use your personally identifiable information to communicate with you about your application and to otherwise provide you with information and communications that you request, subject to applicable laws and the terms of this Privacy Policy.


Mailing Lists. If you sign up for our mailing lists you will need to submit your name and email address. We will use this information to provide you with promotional and other communications regarding SEIDS.  We may use a third party email provider to deliver these communications to you.  You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the applicable email.


Cookies. The Site uses cookies to track Site use and to facilitate and enhance the user experience. These may be cookies that we implement or third-party cookies implemented by our suppliers, media and affiliate partners, as well as our web site hosting services provider. Google Analytics. The Site uses a variety of analytics tools to collect information about your use of the Site and your visits to this Site and other web sites.  Our primary analytics provider is Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, to collect information about your use of the Site, which information your web browser automatically sends to Google. This information includes the web address of the web sites that you visit and your IP address. Google may also set cookies or read preexisting cookies. This information is stored on Google’s servers. In addition to the uses described above, SEIDS (including its affiliates) and its suppliers and/or clients may use Collected Information as described below. We may sell, rent, or share Collected Information as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or as permitted by applicable law.


General. We may use Collected Information: to analyze, develop, and improve the content, materials, and products that we make available through the Site and the Site’s functionality; to inform marketing, and communication plans and strategies; to notify you of changes made to the Site; to evaluate user needs and customize Site content, promotional emails, and your browsing experience; to send you promotional materials and other information about SEIDS; to respond to your questions and comments and otherwise communicate with you; to otherwise operate the Site; and for other legitimate and lawful business purposes. Sharing Collected Information with Other Third Parties. We don’t share Collected Information with third parties who have products or services that we think may be of interest to you.

F. Ownership of Collected Information


All Collected Information is exclusively the property of SEIDS. In the event of a change in control of SEIDS, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets by SEIDS, all information owned by or in the control of SEIDS may be transferred or sold to the successor of the transaction and that successor will be bound to the terms of this Privacy Policy.


G. Access by Children


The Site is not directed toward children under 13 years of age and SEIDS does not knowingly collect or use information from children under 13 through the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of 13 on our Site, we will delete the information from our records.


H. Links to Other Websites


Our Site may contain links to other websites for your convenience and information. These websites may be operated by companies not affiliated with SEIDS. Linked websites may have their own privacy policies or notices, which we strongly suggest you review if you visit any linked websites.
